From its inception in 1976, Salvatore's La Spaghetteria has maintained an authentic Italian feel. The meals and atmosphere that La Spaghetteria offers is uniquely crafted by its owner, Salvatore Fancello. Salvatore tried to recreated the feel of a small risorante one would find walking down the old streets of Sardegna; an island off the coast off Italy's mainland, and a special place for La Spaghetteria's owner.
